These terms apply to services provided by ReplyRaja, Mogappair, Chennai, India. By using our services, you agree to them.

1. Our service

We set up and manage WhatsApp auto-replies, booking flows, reminders and follow-up messaging for businesses, using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and third-party partner software.

2. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Message only customers who have opted in, and follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
• Do not use the service for spam, illegal content or prohibited goods and services.

3. Fees

Fees for setup, management and any third-party platform or Meta messaging charges are agreed in writing before work begins. Third-party charges are billed as per their providers.

4. Third-party platforms

WhatsApp is owned by Meta. Availability, approvals, message limits and pricing are set by Meta and partner platforms, and we are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes or account decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ReplyRaja is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous month.

6. Termination

Either party may end the service with notice. We may suspend service for misuse or policy violations.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
